On December 5^th, participants of the “International relations and Diplomacy” 2016-17 programme of the Diplomatic School of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received their graduation certificates at a ceremony attended by high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The certificates were handed to the graduates by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian, who congratulated them and wished success in their future careers.
